For those who just begin to work out, or who already have a somewhat muscular body, but want to work it a little harder... The following is for you. 
These workout programs follow each other in order, and it's highly recommended (by the authors) that you complete them in this order, for example you should do the Power 90 program before you can begin the P90M, and so forth.
